Back to topQ: How much does eMusic Audiobooks cost?
A: Pricing and download options for eMusic Audiobooks can be found in the Audiobooks area on the Upgrade page.
Back to topQ: If I'm subscribed to both music and audiobooks, can I unsubscribe from only one account?
A: Currently you can cancel either an audiobook subscription alone or both music and audiobook subscriptions together. The fastest way to cancel is from the Your Account page. To get to this page click here or log into your eMusic account and click on the Your Account link at the top right area of the home page. Look for the “Cancel Music” and “Cancel Audiobooks” links under Account Options.
Back to topQ: Why do some audiobook titles require 2 credits to download?
A: Most audiobook titles on eMusic are available to download for a single credit. There are a select number of audiobook titles, however, that require more than one credit. This is due to the fact that some titles are made available to eMusic by the publisher at a significantly higher cost than the typical audiobook.
Back to topQ: : Will my audiobook credits rollover?
A: eMusic Audiobook credits do not rollover to your next cycle if they go unused. To get the most from your eMusic Audiobooks subscription make sure to log in at least once every 30 days to download.
Back to topQ: If I have leftover music download credits at the end of the month can I use them for audiobooks or vice versa?
A: Music and audiobook subscriptions are managed separately so music download credits apply exclusively to music albums and tracks and audiobook download credits apply exclusively to audiobooks titles.
Back to topQ: Why don't my eMusic Audiobook downloads show up in my Audiobooks Library in iTunes?
A: Because iTunes was designed by Apple to only display audiobooks that are purchased from Apple or Apple partners in the iTunes Audiobooks Library, your eMusic Audiobook downloads can be found in your iTunes Music Library under the "Audiobooks" genre. Simply browse by genre, or search for "audiobooks."
Back to topQ: Why do some eMusic Audiobook titles have a large number of files?
A: eMusic Audiobooks are presented in multiple, small files to make it easier to keep track of where you stopped listening to a particular audiobook when you resume playback.
